Lancia : Gamma

Model Introduction

The Lancia Gamma, introduced in 1976, was the marque’s flagship executive car, offered as a Pininfarina-styled fastback saloon and a striking coupé penned by Aldo Brovarone. Built on a unique front-wheel-drive platform, it was powered by a flat-four engine of 2.0 or 2.5 litres, giving it a low bonnet line and excellent weight distribution. Combining sharp handling, refined ride quality, and distinctive Italian design, the Gamma stood apart from its more conservative rivals, appealing to buyers seeking individuality and engineering originality.
