Lancia : Fulvia
Model Introduction
The Lancia Fulvia, launched in 1963, was a technically advanced compact saloon and coupé renowned for its precision engineering and rally pedigree. Designed in-house under Antonio Fessia, it featured front-wheel drive, narrow-angle V4 engines, and disc brakes all round at a time when such technology was rare in its class. The elegant Coupé, styled by Piero Castagnero, became a motorsport icon after winning the 1972 International Rally Championship, cementing the Fulvia’s reputation as one of Lancia’s most finely crafted and best-handling cars.
